  1. Order Cancellation by Customer
  • Before Dispatch:
    • Orders for ready-to-ship products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • To cancel, please contact us immediately at customercare@yuvanahzjewels.com with your order details.
  • After Dispatch:
    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further assistance.

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued.
  • Pricing or product information error.
  • Payment issues or failed transactions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of services.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and any amount paid will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  1. Return of Products

Changed your mind? Didn’t like what you ordered? Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! We understand that sometimes you may decide not to keep your jewellery after purchase, and we want your shopping experience to be stress-free.

 

Step 1:

  • Email us at customercare@yuvanahzjewels.com within 48 hours of receiving your product.
  • Share the product name and an image. Once approved, you can move to the next step.

Step 2:

  • Ship the product back to us within 5 days of approval.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and safely packed.
  • Return shipping is borne by the customer. Please use a trusted courier and share tracking details.
  • Damaged, used, or unboxed items will not be accepted.

Step 3: 

  • Once we receive your package, we’ll update you within 24–48 hours.
  • After a quality check, you’ll receive a refund as per our refund policy, back to the original source

 

  1. Order Cancellations
  • Orders are usually processed within 2 hours of placement.
  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • COD orders require confirmation via phone before shipping.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping can be refunded to your original payment method (with 5% payment gateway deduction).



  1. Refund Policy

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds are directed to the original source.
  • ₹250 will be deducted if prepaid orders are not accepted (covers forward & reverse shipping).
  • If free shipping was applied on your order, ₹125 will be deducted.
  • Token amount for COD is non-refundable (₹250 standard deduction applies). If token paid is higher, the excess will be refunded as a coupon code.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • All products are eligible for return unless marked as non-returnable.
  • Items must be unused, with original packaging intact.
  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours and shipped within 5 days.
  • Damaged/used/late returns are not eligible. Such items can be reshipped to you at ₹125.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued within 3 working days after we receive your return.
  1. Damaged Products (on Delivery)

Though every item goes through a thorough quality check, damage during courier handling may occur. Here’s what to do:

  1. Report within 48 hours
  • Take an unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue.
  • Email us at customercare@yuvanahzjewels.com within 48 hours with all proofs.
  1. Reverse Pickup (India only)
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup within 24 hours.
  • If pickup fails due to unavailability, you’ll need to ship the item yourself.
  1. Resolution
  • After pickup, we’ll send you a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund as per the refund policy
  • Refunds for damaged items are directed to original source.
